Booking and changes

A free session becomes binding when the booking confirmation is issued. You may cancel or reschedule once until 24 hours before the current scheduled start. Later changes require direct contact.

If notagain.ai cannot deliver the session, you may choose a priority replacement appointment.

Online session

The confirmation names the meeting method. You are responsible for a suitable device, connection and environment and for joining on time. Recording or transcription requires the explicit agreement of everyone involved.

Service scope

The confirmed service description and duration define the session. Coaching is guidance and practical support, not a guarantee of a particular business, technical, legal, tax or financial result.

Privacy and contact

Booking data is used to reserve and deliver the session, create the meeting, send transactional messages and support authorised changes. Questions and exceptional changes go to the contact address shown in the imprint.

Booking and payment

The services shown online are an invitation to submit a booking offer. By selecting “Book and pay · CHF 220”, you submit a binding offer for the displayed coaching session and authorize the selected payment path. notagain.ai accepts that offer only by issuing the booking confirmation after payment or invoice evidence has been verified and the appointment has been durably reserved. A payment receipt, invoice, order-received message or checkout return page alone is not acceptance.

If payment succeeds but the appointment cannot be durably reserved, no booking contract is formed. notagain.ai initiates a full reversal or refund within two business days and sends a failure notice. A replacement appointment requires your later express opt-in. If capacity is held but payment or invoice evidence is not verified, the hold expires or is released and no paid booking is formed. Mandatory rights and claims arising from fault remain unaffected.

The participant must be at least 18. The person completing the booking confirms legal capacity and authority to provide the participant, payer and business data used for it. The current online product covers one participant. Any additional participant or group requires a separate written offer and acceptance of the applicable attendee terms before delivery.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Paid sessions are offered no earlier than 48 hours after booking. You may terminate the coaching mandate at any time through the booking-management option or by contacting notagain.ai. You may reschedule once until 24 hours before the current scheduled start; an accepted reschedule recalculates and confirms the full-refund deadline from the new start.

Termination received at least 24 hours before the current scheduled start is refunded in full. A later termination does not affect your right to end the mandate, but notagain.ai may separately assess remuneration for services already performed and a concretely proven loss caused by termination at an inopportune time, to the extent permitted by Article 404(2) of the Swiss Code of Obligations. No fixed cancellation charge or contractual penalty applies.

No-show and assessment

A no-show means that you have not joined within 15 minutes after the scheduled start and have not contacted notagain.ai before the grace period ends. Joining late or attending only part of a session is not automatically a no-show.

A late cancellation or recorded no-show never creates an automatic percentage or forfeiture. Any retained amount must be supported by an individual Article 404(2) record of work already performed, each timing-caused loss, saved costs, mitigation, replacement use, evidence, calculation and decision-maker. The written outcome explains the refund and provides a contact path to correct factual mistakes.

If you join late, the session normally still ends at the scheduled end time. If you contact notagain.ai before the grace period ends, the booking is not recorded as a no-show. A problem limited to your device, connection or environment is assessed individually; no amount is automatically retained. If notagain.ai or an essential provider prevents delivery, you may choose a full refund or a priority replacement appointment.

Refund delivery

If notagain.ai cancels or cannot provide the material service, you may choose a full refund or a priority replacement appointment. An approved full or partial refund is initiated within two business days to the original payment method.

The payment provider or bank may need additional processing time. A pending or failed provider result is not completed. notagain.ai absorbs its own gateway refund fees.

Online session and service scope

You are responsible for a suitable device, connection and environment and for joining on time. During the no-show grace period notagain.ai keeps the meeting available and checks the supplied contact channel for a delay notice.

The confirmed service description and duration define the session. This 60-minute one-to-one coaching is a mandate for education, diligent guidance and practical consulting support, not a promise of a defined result. notagain.ai performs the agreed service with due care. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything discussed and for checking that it is suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in this paragraph excludes liability for a breach of notagain.ai’s duty of care or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The session is not legal, tax, financial, medical or psychological advice. Obtain a suitably qualified professional where such advice is required. Software implementation or another fixed deliverable requires a separate individual offer. Recording or transcription requires the explicit agreement of everyone involved.

AI use and protected information

AI-generated or tool-assisted material can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or biased. It must be checked by a competent human before it is used for a consequential business, technical, legal, financial, employment, safety or other decision.

Do not share with notagain.ai or enter into an AI service any personal, confidential, protected, employer or client data unless you are authorised to do so and the relevant service and account setup are approved for that data. Use anonymised or synthetic examples by default. notagain.ai remains responsible for its own handling of information and tools.

Session confidentiality and sponsored coaching

notagain.ai treats session content, personal disclosures, client materials and other non-public information received for the coaching as confidential. It uses that information only to prepare and deliver the agreed service, manage the mandate or meet legal duties. Disclosure is limited to the affected person’s specific consent, a legal duty or binding authority order, or what is reasonably necessary to protect a person against an imminent serious risk. Any service provider receiving such information must be disclosed in the privacy policy and limited to what is necessary.

This contractual confidentiality is not a promise that coaching communications have the statutory professional secrecy or evidentiary privilege that may apply to communications with a lawyer, doctor or another legally privileged professional.

If an employer or other sponsor arranges or pays for the coaching, notagain.ai, the participant and the sponsor must agree before the session what information may be shared. Unless the participant specifically agrees otherwise, notagain.ai may confirm scheduling, attendance and completion but does not share session content, personal disclosures, notes or assessments. A disclosure required by law remains possible.

Materials and session outputs

Each party keeps its pre-existing materials, methods and rights. Client-provided material remains the client’s, and third-party material remains subject to the relevant third-party terms.

You may use materials supplied by notagain.ai and outputs created specifically for the session for your own personal or internal business purposes. Unless separately agreed in writing, you may not resell or publish notagain.ai materials as a standalone product or use them to create or train a competing commercial service. A transfer of ownership or broader licence for a fixed deliverable requires a separate individual offer.

Law, courts, liability and events outside control

Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that applies to you, and all mandatory consumer courts remain available. Within Switzerland, the courts are determined in particular by Article 32 of the Swiss Civil Procedure Code. For business customers only, the courts of the City of Zürich, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.

Liability is governed by applicable Swiss law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that may not legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence and liability for injury to life or physical integrity. These standard terms impose no monetary liability cap on consumers. Any limitation for a business customer must be agreed in the individual offer.

A party affected by an event that it could not reasonably prevent or overcome must notify the other party promptly and take reasonable steps to limit the effects. A service-provider failure is not automatically outside notagain.ai’s reasonable control. If notagain.ai cannot deliver the session at the agreed time, you may choose a priority replacement appointment or a full refund of the undelivered session. If such an event affects you, any late-cancellation assessment must take the event, absence of fault, saved costs and mitigation into account; no amount is automatically retained. Mandatory rights and claims arising from fault, delay or impossibility remain unaffected.

Invoice, VAT and records

notagain.ai issues a numbered invoice or receipt after verified payment. A refund or correction is documented by a traceable credit note rather than changing an issued document.

Total price: CHF 220. notagain.ai is not registered for Swiss VAT; Swiss VAT is neither charged nor shown. The dated determination and review-by date must remain current before paid production is enabled.

Accounting records and vouchers are retained for 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year in a readable, traceable and integrity-protected form. A hash supports that control but does not replace the underlying transaction, provider evidence and audit trail.

Booking and session data is used to reserve and deliver the session, process payment, create the meeting, send transactional messages, support authorised changes, meet accounting duties and send an approved review invitation after delivery. The privacy policy explains recipients, international processing, retention and data-subject rights.

Questions, factual corrections, exceptional changes and complaints go to the legal contact address shown in the imprint. notagain.ai acknowledges a complaint within five business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 15 business days where reasonably possible. These service targets do not restrict legal rights or deadlines.
